عشراوي: إسرائيل تتحايل على القوانين لخلق واقع قائم على السرقة - Ashrawi: Israel circumvent the laws to create a reality based on the theft

أكدت منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية الثلاثاء رفضها القاطع لمشروع إسرائيل بإقامة سجل خاص بتسجيل الأراضي التي استولى عليها المستوطنون.
وقالت عضو اللجنة التنفيذية للمنظمة حنان عشراوي في بيان صحفي، إن "هذه الخطوة تأتي لمنع الفلسطينيين من إمكانية الاعتراض على تسجيل هذه الأراضي، واعتبرتها قضية خطيرة وتندرج في إطار سياسة حكومة الاستيطان المرتكزة على الاستيلاء على الأرض والحقوق والتنكر للقوانين".

وأضافت عشراوي أن تلك الخطوة "تأتي في إطار محاولات استملاك الأرض بشكل غير قانوني عن طريق سجل خاص بالمستوطنات، والتحايل على لخلق واقع جديد قائم على السرقة والتزوير وتغيير الواقع الجغرافي الفلسطيني، وإيجاد سجل جديد يعطي المستوطنين الحق بموجب قانون احتلالي يتناقض مع القانون الدولي واتفاقية جنيف الرابعة".

ودعت عشراوي إلى تحرك واسع على المستوى القضائي والسياسي للجم إسرائيل ومنعها من المضي قدما في هذه الاجراءات ، مشيرة إلى أنها قضية سياسية وقضائية بامتياز وسنخاطب المجتمع الدولي بما في ذلك الأمم المتحدة، واللجنة الرباعية الدولية وسنقوم بدراسة إمكانية مساءلة إسرائيل قضائيا.
