الحرب الإسرائيلية أحدثت دماراً شاملاً ومسحت مناطق بأكملها--Israeli war brought destruction to a comprehensive and clear the entire regions

أظهر توثيق تفصيلي جديد صادر اليوم الخميس وحصلت "قدس برس" على نسخة منه، لحصيلة العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، حجم ما خلّفه من أعداد كبيرة من الضحايا المدنيين، ومدى ما أسفر عنه من دمار شامل، وسط احتمالات بتصاعد الحصيلة مع مزيد من الرصد.

ويظهر التوثيق المفصّل، الذي أعدّه المركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان، ومقره غزة، أنّ الضحايا من الأطفال والنساء شكلوا أكثر من 43 في المائة من المدنيين العزل، لافتاً الانتباه إلى أنّ عائلات فلسطينية بأكملها اندثرت، وأنّ العديد من المناطق اختفت معالمها، علاوة على انهيار تام في خدمات البنية التحتية جراء العدوان الإسرائيلي، في حين باتت مئات العائلات باتت بدون مأوى، وعشرات العائلات لا تزال مهجرة عن مناطق سكناها.

وقال المركز إنّ هذا العدوان قد "حصد مئات الأرواح البريئة من المدنيين العزل، عدد كبير منهم من الأطفال والنساء"، فيما سقطت العديد من العائلات ما بين شهيد وجريح، وسقط عشرات الأطفال الأشقاء ما بين شهيد وجريح.

وقد بلغ إجمالي عدد الشهداء 1285، أما عدد الشهداء من المدنيين وأفراد الشرطة غير الضالعين في العمليات القتالية فبلغ 1062، وقد بلغ عدد الشهداء من المدنيين بدون أفراد الشرطة أولئك 895 شهيداً، أي بنسبة تقارب سبعين في المائة (69.6 في المائة).

أما عدد الشهداء من الأطفال فقد بلغ 281 شهيداً، بنسبة 21.8 في المائة من إجمالي الشهداء، وبلغ عدد الشهداء من النساء 111 أي بنسبة 8.6 في المائة.

وقد بلغ إجمالي عدد الجرحى الفلسطينيين في الحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة 4336 جريحاً، منهم 1133 جريحاً من الأطفال بنسبة 26 في المائة، و735 جريحة من النساء بنسبة 17 في المائة من إجمالي الجرحى.

وأوضح التوثيق أنّ أوسع دمار شهدته محافظتا غزة والشمال، وبالتحديد أحياء تل الهوا جنوب غزة، والزيتون والتفاح والشجاعية، شرقها، ومناطق العطاطرة، وجبل الريس، وجبل الكاشف، والتوام، في محافظة شمال القطاع. وكان أكبر عدد من الضحايا قد سقط هناك.

وقد أكد المركز الحقوقي أنّ العدوان الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة والذي استمر لمدة 23 يوم بشكل متواصل (27/12/2008-18/1/2009) واستُخدمت فيه أعتى الآلات الحربية من الجو والبر والبحر، قد خلّف دماراً شاملاً في العديد من مناطق قطاع غزة، حيث "مُسحت مناطق بشكل شبه كامل، فيما تم تحويل العديد من المنازل والمنشات المدنية إلى أكوام من التراب".

وبشأن أعمال التدمير في الممتلكات والأعيان المدنية، توصل المركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان إلى أنّ حصيلة العدوان الإسرائيلي قد تمثلت في تدمير نحو 2400 منزل بشكل كلي، من بينها 490 منزلاً تم تدميرها بواسطة الصواريخ الجوية وأكثر من 2000 منزل تم تجريفها. كما تم تدمير 28 منشأة مدنية عامة، من بينها عدة وزارات ومقرات بلديات ومحافظات ومرافئ صيادين والمجلس التشريعي (البرلمان). وقد أتى العدوان بالتدمير على 21 منشأة خاصة مثل الكافتيريات وصالات الأفراح والمنتجعات السياحية والفنادق وغيرها. كما شمل التدمير 30 مسجداً بشكل كلي، و15 مسجداً بشكل جزئي، علاوة على تدمير 10 مؤسسات خيرية.

وقد تسبب العدوان الإسرائيلي أيضاً في تدمير 121 ورشة صناعية وتجارية بشكل كلي وإلحاق أضرار بنحو 200 ورشة أخرى، وتدمير 4 مصانع للباطون، ومصنع للعصير.

ومن بين المنشآت التي دمّرها العدوان الإسرائيلي كذلك 60 مقراً للشرطة، و5 مؤسسات إعلامية، ومؤسستين صحيتين ما بين كلي وجزئي، و29 مؤسسة تعليمية ما بين تدمير كلي وجزئي. كما قام الجيش الإسرائيلي بتجريف آلاف الدونمات من الأراضي الزراعية، ولحق دمار جزئي وأضرار بالغة بآلاف المنازل السكنية.

واستنتج المركز الحقوقي في توثيقه أنّ "سلطات الاحتلال الحربي عمدت إلى تخريب أي مظهر حضاري لقطاع غزة، وعمدت وبشكل منظم وممنهج إلى تدمير شامل لجميع المرافق الأساسية والخدماتية، بحيث يتراجع القطاع عشرات السنين إلى الوراء".

وقال المركز الحقوقي الفلسطيني إنه يجنِّد "طاقماً متميزا من الباحثين الميدانيين والمحامين للوقوف على حجم الأضرار الحقيقية التي خلفها العدوان، ولازال العمل جارياً" في الرصد والتوثيق، بما قد يرفع حصيلة الضحايا والخسائر الموثقة في الأيام المقبلة.
