أوامر قضائية اسرائيلية بهدم 29 منزلا بحي البستان في القدس - Israeli court orders demolition of 29 houses in Al Bustan neighborhood of Jerusalem

سلمت محكمة الاحتلال الاسرائيلي أمس أهالي حي البستان جنوب الأقصى المبارك بالقدس المحتلة أوامر قضائية بهدم 29 منزلا بالحي قبل أيلول المقبل. وقالت لجنة الدفاع عن سلوان في بيان صحفي أمس إنه لن يتم تمديد أوامر الهدم بعد الآن حيث تسلم أهالي الحي أوامر رسمية من المحكمة بتنفيذ الهدم بعد ما استنفذوا كل الوسائل في الدفاع عن منازلهم. وأوضحت أن بلدية ومؤسسات الاحتلال في القدس أوجدت مخارج قانونية لتنفيذ مخططاتها الهادفة لتهويد الحي وإقامة حدائق تلمودية. وبينت اللجنة ان قلق ومخاوف أهالي حي البستان تعاظمت بعد صدور قرار المحكمة وبخاصة ان عملية الهدم الإسرائيلية يمكن ان تنفذ في اي لحظة.

من جانب آخر، تعهد رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أمس بناء 300 بؤرة استيطانية جديدة في مستوطنة بيت ايل بالضفة الغربية المحتلة، وذلك اثر اسقاط الكنيست مشروع قانون يشرع البؤر الاستيطانية العشوائية. وقال نتنياهو «سيتم توسيع بيت ايل وستبقى العائلات الثلاثون (من بؤرة اولبانا العشوائية الاستيطانية) هناك وستنضم 300 عائلة جديدة اليهم».

وكان البرلمان الاسرائيلي (الكنيست) أسقط أمس مشروع قانون لتشريع بؤر استيطانية عشوائية مبنية على اراض فلسطينية خاصة، محبطا بذلك محاولة للالتفاف على قرار للمحكمة العليا بازالة مبان اقيمت في مستوطنة عشوائية. وصوت 69 نائبا في الكنيست ضد مشروع القانون مقابل 22 صوتوا لصالحه، مما احبط محاولة للالتفاف على قرار للمحكمة العليا قضى بازالة خمسة مبان استيطانية في بؤرة اولبانا العشوائية قرب رام الله في الضفة الغربية بحلول الاول من تموز المقبل. وكان قرار المحكمة اثار سخط المستوطنين والمؤيدين لهم من اعضاء الكنيست اليمينيين المتطرفين.

إلى ذلك، دعت منظمة العفو الدولية أمس اسرائيل الى ان تطلق سراح، او تؤمن محاكمة عادلة، لجميع الفلسطينيين المعتقلين لديها من دون اي اتهام او محاكمة وذلك بموجب اجراء تطلق عليه إسرائيل «الاعتقال الاداري» ويسمح لها باعتقال المشتبه بهم لفترة ستة اشهر قابلة للتجديد لعدد غير محدد من المرات. وقالت المنظمة في تقرير نشر أمس «اطلقوا سراح جميع المعتقلين الاداريين اذا لم يصار سريع الى توجيه اتهامات اليهم معترف بها دوليا ومحاكمتهم وفقا للمعايير الدولية لمحاكمة عادلة». واضافت منظمة العفو «ضعوا حدا لممارسة الاعتقال الاداري»، مشيرة الى ان 308 فلسطينيين على الاقل، بينهم 24 نائبا في المجلس التشريعي وناشطون حقوقيون وصحافيون، كانوا مسجونين في نهاية نيسان بموجب هذه الالية المثيرة للجدل والموروثة عن نظام الانتداب البريطاني على فلسطين (قبل قيام إسرائيل في 1948).

وفي تقريرها اوصت منظمة العفو خصوصا إسرائيل بعدم ترحيل الفلسطينيين رغما عنهم من الضفة الغربية الى قطاع غزة، مطالبة السلطات الاسرائيلية ب»حماية» كل المعتقلين من «كل اشكال التعذيب ومن انواع اخرى من سوء المعاملة».

ومساء الثلاثاء اطلقت اسرائيل سراح المعتقل الفلسطيني ثائر حلاحلة (34 عاما) الذي اضرب عن الطعام لحوالي 76 يوما احتجاجا على وضعه في الاعتقال الاداري، بحسب ما اعلنت اسرته ووزير الاسرى الفلسطيني عيسى قراقع. وقال قراقع «اطلقت اسرائيل سراح حلاحلة، وهو الان في بيته في الخليل». ولا يزال معتقل فلسطيني آخر هو محمود السرسك ( 25 عاما) مضربا عن الطعام لليوم الرابع والثمانين احتجاجا على وضعه في الاعتقال الاداري. وقال قراقع ان «اسرائيل جددت الاعتقال الاداري لاكثر من ثلاثين اسيرا بعد ايام على انهاء الاضراب، والاسرى الفلسطينيون يهددون الان باستئناف الاضراب لان اسرائيل لم تلتزم بالاتفاق».

في السياق، اقتحمت سلطات الاحتلال سجن ريمون واعتدت على الأسرى الفلسطينيين بالضرب. وقال قراقع في بيان صحفي أن قوات كبيرة من الوحدات الخاصة المخصصة لقمع الأسرى اقتحمت المعتقل ونكلت بالأسرى مستخدمة القنابل المسيلة للدموع والهراوات وحاصرت المعتقل تحديدا القسم 4 الذي يقبع بداخله 120 معتقلا، ما أدى إلى إصابة العشرات بحالات اختناق وإصابات مختلفة جراء الاعتداء عليهم بوحشية، مشيرا الى ان الحملة الإجرامية مستمرة حتى الآن. واشار الى اشتباكات بالأيدي بين الأسرى ووحدات القمع الإرهابية، وقال «إن ما تقوم به قوات الاحتلال هو عملية انتقام وإرهاب منظم بحق الحركة الأسيرة بعد خوضهم معركة الأمعاء الخاوية».

من جهة ثانية، اعتقلت قوات الاحتلال في الساعات الأولى من صباح أمس 13 فلسطينيا في مدن الضفة الغربية. ويشن الجيش الإسرائيلي حملات اعتقالات ومداهمات يومية في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.

كما أصيب أمس مواطنان فلسطينيان حالة احدهما خطيرة جراء قصف صاروخي من طائرات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لموقع شمال غربي مدينة غزة. وقالت اللجنة العليا للإسعاف والطوارئ في القطاع في بيان ان مواطنين اصيبا جراء قصف طائرات الاحتلال بالصواريخ موقع الشرطة البحرية في منطقة السودانية غرب غزة. كما قصفت طائرات الاحتلال مزرعة دواجن شمال مدينة رفح جنوبي القطاع بصاروخ واحد على الأقل دون الابلاغ عن إصابات.

واختطفت بحرية الاحتلال ثلاثة صيادين فلسطينيين من بحر رفح جنوبي قطاع غزة. وقالت الإدارة العامة للثروة السمكية في وزارة الزارعة في الحكومة المقالة بغزة في بيان «أن البحرية الإسرائيلية اختطفت أمس ثلاثة من الصيادين واقتادتهم الى مكان مجهول، مؤكدة أن حوادث اختطاف الصيادين والاعتداء عليهم وملاحقتهم في عرض البحر تزايدت وتيرتها في الآونة الأخيرة، وان الاحتلال يستهدف التضييق على الصيادين مع كل موسم صيد جديد».

في سياق آخر، أعلنت سلطة الطاقة في قطاع غزة التابعة للحكومة المقالة التي تديرها حركة حماس أمس ان محطة توليد الكهرباء الوحيدة في القطاع توقفت عن العمل بسبب نفاد الوقود. وقال مصدر مسؤول في سلطة الطاقة التابعة للحكومة المقالة ان «محطة توليد الكهرباء في قطاع غزة توقفت عن العمل بسبب نفاذ الوقود»، موضحا ان سبب التوقف هو «نفاد السولار الصناعي اللازم لتشغيلها وتأجيل دخول الوقود القطري الذي تبرعت به قطر لغزة». وكان مصدر فلسطيني مسؤول اعلن الثلاثاء انه تم تأجيل دخول الوقود الذي تبرعت به قطر الى محطة توليد الكهرباء في غزة للمرة الثانية «لاسباب فنية» لدى الجانب المصري.

وحمل البيان المسؤولية عن اغلاق المحطة «للاحتلال الاسرائيلي والسلطات المصرية إضافة لسلطة رام الله (السلطة الفلسطينية) التي كان لها الدور الأساسي في عرقلة إدخال الوقود القطري عبر معبر رفح البري وإدخاله عبر معبر كرم أبو سالم ثم معبر العوجا وبالتالي إعطاء الاحتلال فرصة التحكم باحتياجات الشعب الفلسطيني وابتزازه سياسيا». واكدت سلطة الطاقة في بيانها ان «مماطلة السلطات المصرية وعدم جديتها في الإيفاء بالوعود لإدخال الوقود إضافة للتعنت الإسرائيلي هي ما تحول دون وصول منحة الوقود القطري لغزة منذ شهرين».

كما طالب البيان «الشعب المصري الشقيق والحكومة القطرية بالضغط على السلطات المصرية لإدخال الوقود القطري عبر معبر رفح البري».
