في اسرائيل- الجميع يراقب الجميع ويتنصت على هواتفهم وحواسيبهم - In Israel - everyone watching everyone and listening in on their phone and their computer

حوّل القانون الاسرائيلي حتى الان جهاز الشاباك والشرطة والجيش صلاحية مراقبة الناس والتنصت على هواتهم والولوج الى ادق خصوصياتهم لكن وزارة القضاء الاسرائيلية تسعى الى توسيع دائرة الجهات المخولة ليصبح الجميع تحت رقابة الجميع ولا سر في إسرائيل.

وقالت صحيفة "يديعوت احرونوت" الناطقة بالعبرية، التي أوردت النبأ اليوم الخميس، ان وزارة القضاء تسعى لتوسيع دائرة الجهات المخولة بالرقابة والتصنت جذريا من خلال عملها على اعداد قانون جديد يجيز لوزارة الزراعة ووزارة حماية البيئة وسلطة الاثار وسلطة حماية الطبيعة مراقبة الاسرائيليين والنصت على هواتفهم والاطلاع على رسائلهم القصيرة لغرض اجراء التحقيقات.

واضافت الصحيفة بأن الحديث يدور عن خطوة تهدف الى توسيع قانون "معطيات الاتصالات" الذي اقر عام 2007 ونظم صلاحية الحصول على معطيات الاتصالات الهاتفية وغيرها ويجيز القانون اجراء عمليات تنصت سرية على الهواتف ومتابعة الرسائل القصيرة والبريد الالكتروني واجهزة التخزين الرئيسية للحواسيب "سيرفر".

ويجيز القانون الحالي لقائمة مغلقة من الجهات المختصة الاطلاع على تفاصيل ومعطيات الاتصالات هي : جهاز الشاباك، الشرطة، والشرطة العسكرية، ودائرة التحقيق مع رجال الشرطة، وحدة التحقيقات الداخلية التابعة للشرطة العسكرية، سلطة الاوراق النقدية، وسلطة الضرائب، ولكن وزارة القضاء تدعي وجود حاجة لتوسيع هذه القائمة لتضم جهات اخرى تساعدها المعلومات المستخلصة من الهواتف وعمليات التنصت على تطبيق القانون وهذه الجهات هي: مسجل مراكز المعلومات المختلفة، سلطة الاثار، سلطة الطبيعة والحدائق الوطنية، وزارة الزراعه، وزارة حماية البيئة، الوحدة المختصة بحماية المعلومات في المؤسسة الامنية.

وحول الوسائل التي يسمح القانون لهذه الجهات باتباعها لتحقيق غرضها، قالت الصحيفة بأن الجهات المذكورة يمكنها وفقا للقانون التنصت على هواتف الناس واعتراض رسائلهم القصير واختراق حواسيبهم الشخصية دون معرفتهم
