اقدمت مجموعة من مستوطني يتسهار شمال الضفة الغربية على تقييد شاب فلسطيني اصيب بطلق ناري من بندقية احد حراس المستوطنة ومن ثم انهالوا عليه ضربا وتنكيلا وعادوا واطلقوا عليه النار من اسلحتهم الشخصية، وكل ذلك تحت سمع وبصر جنود الاحتلال المتواجدين في المكان والذين لم يحاولوا وقف او اعتقال المستوطنين وفقا لما اظهره تحقيق خاص اجراه الجيش الاسرائيلي ونشرت صحيفة هأرتس العبرية في عددها الصادر اليوم "الاحد" خلاصة التحقيق .

ووفقا لضابط اسرائيلي كبير ينضم هذا الحادث الذي وقع في السادس والعشرين من شهر ايار الى واقعة اخرى جرت بالقرب من المستوطنة المذكورة في التاسع والعشرين من ذات الشهر حيث اطلق المستوطنون النار على فلسطيني تحت اعين قوات الاحتلال التي ادعت بانها صادرت اسلحة الحراس في الحادثتين.

ووفقا للتحقيق وقعت الحادثة الاولى بالقرب من قرية عصيرة القبلية القريبة من المستوطنة حيث وقع بداية الامر تراشقا بالحجارة قبل ان تصل قوة عسكرية مصحوبة بحراس المستوطنة الذين بداوا فور وصولهم باطلاق النار تجاه الفلسطينيين وخلال ذلك وصل الى المكان مساعد قائد السرية العسكرية العاملة في المنطقة وحاول ابعاد الفلسطينيين وفض الاشتباك بينهم وبين المستوطنين لكنه تفاجأ باطلاق نار من قبل المستوطنين الذين وقف خلفه ما اجبره على صعود تلة باتجاه المستوطنين الذين استمروا باطلاق النار واصابوا فلسطينيا في رأسه الامر الذي جرى توثيقة بالصوت والصورة .

ووقعت الحادثة الثانية وفقا لتحقيق الجيش السبت الماضي وتبين ان مجموعة من المستوطنين اقدمت على الاعتداء على شاب وهو مقيد وينزف دما فيما لم يسجل الجيش الذي ادعى انشغاله في تلك اللحظة بمعالجة الاحداث اية اعتقالات في صفوف المستوطنين لا خلال الحادثة ولا بعدها .

ونقلت الصحيفة عن ضابط كبير تواجد المكان قولها " استمرت عملية التنكيل عدة دقائق وتبين من التحقيق بان المستوطنين طرحوا الفلسطيني ارضا وانهالوا عليه بالضرب ومن ثم اطلقوا عليه النار من مسافة 50 مترا فقط واصابوه في بطنه ومن ثم هرعت مجموعة اخرى منهم الى المكان وقامت بتكبيل المصاب واستمروا بضربه" .
